- Working with this dynamic Green power start-up (utility-size solar power plants) we are working with the Founder and CEO and the executive team to design and maintain the working culture they want. Culture is created by design or by default: and no matter how smart the business strategy it will be stymied by a culture that is not in alignment with it.
