Rick Wright enjoys trusted advisor status with high performance individuals, teams, organizations and leaders. For over 15 years he has coached CEO’s and senior executives in manufacturing, high tech, entertainment, marketing, banking, high-end retail and design. Rick’s executive coaching focus is devoted to executive/organizational leadership and change management while increasing insight, effectiveness, and growth velocity. He has a special interest in helping his clients to solve tough problems with innovative and actionable solutions.
