Steve Shipley is a sought-after thinking partner and advisor to senior executives around the US. His expertise in executive coaching, change management, guiding organizations through restructuring initiatives and selecting and leading teams to achieve exceptional results combines with his experience as a General Manager of a major national consulting organization to provide his clients with a breadth and depth of knowledge and insights into their particular situations. As a General Manager, Steve was responsible for operations, account management, client relations, and business development. He oversaw the implementation of all client company services. His clients know that Steve “gets it” when they share their challenges with him.
Prior to joining Ecstasis, Steve was General Manager at Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH). Steve also directed all Executive Services for Right Management in southern California where he assisted corporate clients and senior executives in meeting career transition and executive coaching needs. Previously, he was Regional Managing Principal for the Pacific Region with 21 offices in the western United States and British Columbia. Steve’s entire career has been spent in leadership roles to deliver human capital consulting services.
Steve has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Buena Vista University, Iowa.
Steve lives and plays in Fort Collins, Colorado.
