  • Lead By Design® Deep Dive Day  – The Lead By Design Deep Dive Day is an intensive experience for leaders who want to accelerate their development. The experience follows our AIM process and includes the assessment and creation of a personal strategy map focusing on key business, leadership, team, career and personal metrics.
  • Executive Coaching - We take a strategic approach to coaching, working with leaders to step onto a path of ongoing personal and leadership development. Because coaching is not remedial by nature, we encourage behavioral shifts based on the leader’s stated objectives, desired impact, and their existing knowledge, skill, and strengths. All of our leadership coaching engagements begin with a Lead By Design® Deep Dive Day. Development, like change, takes time, hence the minimum length of time for any coaching engagement is six months.
  • Leadership CAT Scan® 360 - The 360 version of our Leadership CAT Scan provides leaders with a quick assessment of how they are impacting others and creating the conditions necessary for high engagement and performance. The L-CAT 360 can be conducted electronically and/or via interviews with key stakeholders, peers, and team members. The process includes a report and 1:1 debrief.
