Judy Knight is an expert in leadership development, coaching, performance management, team development, personal development, and behavioral assessment, including the design and implementation of assessment and development centers. She is a certified user of MBTI, DISC, PIAV, True Colors, and various 360 Degree Feedback instruments.
Judy was previously a consultant and US representative for The Oxford Group, a major UK-based Management and Training Consultancy. There, Judy was responsible for designing, delivering, and managing consulting and training projects for organizations such as Mars, Ocular Sciences, and Reed Exhibition Companies (in the US) and Standard Life, Legal and General, and Epson in the UK.
In addition to the above mentioned, some of the organizations Judy has worked with include QuickLogic, Cisco, Juniper Networks, and Oxfam GB.
Judy was Director of Technical Training for Network Equipment Technologies. She also has managed teams in sales, marketing, and training functions in a variety of industries.
Judy holds a degree in History and Psychology from the University of San Francisco. She is a graduate of CoachU and an active member of the International Coaching Federation, the Association of Psychological Type, and the American Society of Training and Development. She is also an instructor in the Business and Management Department of the University of California Irvine Extension Program.
