Jim Dodgen is an insightful and intuitive coach. He has a unique ability to connect ideas, trends and opportunity to the people he coaches. Jim has worked in the Human Resources/Career Transition consulting business working for major firms in roles ranging from Senior Consultant to Vice President of Consulting Services. 

Jim holds a BA degree in Business Administration from Ottawa University and has participated in numerous corporate training programs as well as taken some graduate level course work. He is a seasoned and trained facilitator of the MBTI, DISC and Strong Campbell Interest Inventory assessments.
