Pat has a Masters Degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Minnesota and completed doctoral coursework in Business/Organizational Behavior and Education at the University of California at Berkeley. She has taught at the University of Minnesota, Claremont Graduate School, and the Dominican University of California.
Pat lives in Marin County in Northern California.
