Debra Bowles brings twenty-seven years of corporate and senior executive experience to her work at Ecstasis. Her expertise includes profit and loss accountability at the CEO level, large-scale change encompassing organization redesign, restructuring and cultural transformation, and solving turnaround problems.
Most recently, Debra was President and CEO of Blue Shield of California Life Insurance Company. In addition, she held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Executive of the Ancillary Business Unit of Blue Shield of California. Previously, she was Vice President of Change Management and spearheaded a two-year company-wide transformation initiative.
Some of the organizations Debra has worked with include AAA, Visa Inc., John Muir Health, Goodwill industries, Asian Women’s Center of San Francisco, Claremont Insurance Services, and an East Coast insurance company.
Debra is certified by the Center for Creative Leadership to offer their suite of five 360 assessment tools. She is also a certified affiliate of 5 Dynamics and can integrate their Coaching 1:1 product in her work with individuals and teams. Debra is a member of the International Coaching Federation and holds a degree in Marketing and Communications from St. Cloud State University.
